Executive function coaching strategies

Executive function challenges have real neurological roots, and once you understand what’s going on for you specifically, things start to make a lot more sense.

Together, through executive function coaching, we build strategies around how you actually work, using your strengths as the foundation. No one-size-fits-all plans.

Neurodivergence and executive function coaching

This work is especially relevant if you're neurodivergent

Executive function challenges are particularly common among neurodivergent adults, although they can affect anyone. If you have a diagnosis of, or think you might be:

ADHD

Autism

AuDHD

Dyslexia

…then understanding how your executive functions work, and getting specific executive function coaching that's built around you, can make a real difference. Many of my clients have spent years wondering why certain things feel so much harder than they seem to for everyone else. Often, there's a very good reason. Exploring that is the start.

About

Jeanette Hunter

Executive Function Coach · Based in Scotland, UK

I work with neurodivergent adults and business owners who want to understand themselves better, get on top of the things that feel hard, and make progress towards goals that matter to them.

I genuinely love meeting new people and learning about them, and I believe good coaching starts with a good relationship. One where you feel comfortable speaking freely, without judgement, and where we work things out together.

Many of my clients are neurodivergent, like myself. Some run their own businesses, are navigating perimenopause, or are going through a significant life transition. Some simply feel there is a better way, and that a few improvements in certain areas of their life could make a real difference. Whatever brings you here, you are welcome.

My coaching qualification is through MindSpark, whose training is informed by educational psychologists in the US. I also hold a BSc in Psychology, a COSCA-recognised counselling skills qualification, and have completed specialist training in Neurodivergent Burnout for Practitioners. I work in line with the Association for Coaching’s Global Code of Ethics.

Many of the people I work with are trying to stay connected to their work and their life without burning out or losing that sense of meaning along the way. That’s something I care deeply about.

Note: You don't need to be neurodivergent to work with me. If executive function challenges resonate with you, you’re very welcome here.
